"The perfect blend of city life and outdoor adventure in one attractive suburb."

Westminster has a rich history dating back to the late 1800s when it was primarily an agricultural community. Today, it is a bustling city with a diverse population and a thriving economy. Visitors can explore the city's past at the Westminster Historical Society and Museum, which features exhibits on the area's early settlers and the local mining industry. The city also boasts several parks and open spaces, including the Westminster Center Park, which hosts a variety of community events throughout the year.

This town is home to a diverse culinary scene that offers something for everyone. The award-winning Kachina Southwestern Grill serves up delicious and authentic Southwestern cuisine in a lively atmosphere, while the The Hideaway Steakhouse is a personal favorite, featuring high-quality prime cuts of meat and a warm and inviting atmosphere that's perfect for a special occasion or a night out with friends. For seafood lovers, Jax Fish House & Oyster Bar is a great choice, offering fresh seafood dishes in a relaxed, upscale setting.

Looking for something to do? We spend a lot of time at The Alamo Drafthouse theater in Westminster, a unique moviegoing experience which offers a full-service bar, a full menu packed with delicious food (my go-to is the loaded fries), and a variety of classic and current films. The Butterfly Pavilion and Insect Center is a popular attraction that allows visitors to interact with hundreds of live butterflies and insects from around the world. The city also boasts several parks and open spaces, including the Westminster Hills Dog Park, which provides ample space for dogs to run and play. For those looking to shop, the Flatirons Crossing Mall offers over 200 stores and restaurants to explore. And outdoor enthusiasts will love the nearby Rocky Mountain National Park, which is just a short drive away and offers breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains.

Many residents enjoy a balance of work and leisure, taking advantage of the city's many parks and recreational opportunities, including Standley Lake and the Big Dry Creek Trail, as well as its bustling dining and entertainment scene. Westminster is also home to a thriving business community, with a range of industries represented and many tech companies and small businesses calling the city home. The area is also known for its excellent schools, making it a popular choice for families.
